About our company

About Our Portable Toilet Rental Services

We began with a single flatbed truck running a weekly route through Methuen, dispatched by someone who’d spent years coordinating hauls for a regional waste carrier. From that foundation, we built a portable toilet rental operation grounded in reliability: royal blue HDPE units, cleaned and restocked on a fixed weekly servicing schedule, delivered when promised. Our dispatch still plans every drop to avoid delays, and pricing stays predictable—no hidden fees, just straightforward portable sanitation done right.

Local Roots in Family-Owned Operations

We run the depot out of Methuen, and our operators live across the metro. Calls to reposition a unit or run a same-day swap get answered by people who know the local routes firsthand. We aren't a franchise or a national call center, and we don't need a map to find job-site gates or event staging areas. The same crew that drives the trucks also answers dispatch, so the person you talk to has already been on the road through town today.

We have grown to cover the communities served by our portable toilet rental fleet, and we still open each new account with a phone conversation.

The fleet behind the route:

Restroom Fleet Capacity for Regional Servicing

Our depot sits north of downtown Methuen and runs six flatbed trucks alongside a vacuum truck Monday through Saturday. Every HDPE unit, ADA enclosure, and hand-washing station rotates out on a three-year cycle before scuffs appear. Each restocked unit ships with fresh basin-mounted hardware, including a foot pump. Every vacuum rig carries a spare suction hose in the bed for immediate swaps. You can reach our portable toilet rental dispatch team by phone during business hours.

Why Communities or Contractors Trust Us

Reliability shows up in the numbers, not the slogans: we track every service stop against the promised time and share those metrics quarterly. Most of our growth comes from contractors who started with a one-week trial in Methuen and stayed because construction crews trust our weekly servicing routes and the same driver shows up the same day each week for a clean pump out on the holding tank. We hold an active Portable Sanitation Association International membership program credential.
